The track conditions were good and the car was able to stick 1.61 second 60 foot times on the MT 255/60/15 drag radials.
Class: Pro Driver: Kurt Car: 1978 Malibu Results: Round 1 - dial-in 11.60, actual ET 11.62, lost race Notes: Kurt is still working on his reaction times and the pro class is not the place to practice that. During a test and tune pass the Malibu backed up the 11.62 with an 11.61 pass @ 115.17 MPH.
Class: Street ET Driver: Neil Goin Car: Big G's 1969 SS Chevelle Results: Round 1 - lost race Notes: Neil bought back in after going out in the first round and ended up going 5 rounds deep into eliminations. The car ran steady 13:29-13:35 second 1/4 times.
